PayPal to process your payment to ensure that your transactions are safe and

The information you provide to us when you
place an order, send us an email or call us will only be used to process
your order and respond to your requests. We will
not sell or exchange your personal information with any third
parties.
Shipping &
Handling
Greeting cards, prints and
mosaic trivets are shipped U.S. Mail. Other mosaic art and
larger orders may be shipped by alternate carrier. Most orders ship in 2-3 working
days, please allow 3-7
days for final delivery. NOTE: Large orders and
international orders may take longer.

As we make effort to be environmentally
aware, we may use recycled boxes and packing material for packaging. We hope that you will

Do you need invitations or announcements
and see an image you would like to use? We can print the
information you request on the card for an additional fee. Do you
have an idea for a mosaic or other design? We will gladly consider

If you would like to receive notification
when new images are added, send an email to us at
customerservice@steph-n-annie.com and we will keep you updated.
Please note
that although we make every effort to display accurate, quality
images of our artwork, some colors and visual effects may
display differently on your computer screen than the actual
physical image. This may be due in part to the
nature of the medium used in the original artwork, such as
reflective or iridescent glass in the mosaics and/or the settings
on individual computers.
Return/Refund Policy
You
must contact us within 5 business days from date of
delivery to make arrangements*
for replacement or refund should there be a problem with
your order. If your order of reproduced artwork is
received damaged, reproduced pieces will be replaced. Please note
that purchases of original artwork are not refundable,
however, if your original artwork is damaged in
shipping, notify us of the damage within 5 business days
for information on repair, exchange or refund.
Damaged merchandise must be returned to Steph-n-Annie’s
Arts for replacement or refund. In the event of
refund, a credit will be made to your credit card
through PayPal once the artwork is received by Steph-n-Annie's
Arts. Shipping charges are not refundable.
No
refunds will be issued for original artwork that is
damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

and provide us with your name,
order number, item you want to return and the reason. You may want to insure
and/or track your return package. Unauthorized
returns may result in no replacement or refund.
